Where we ship from
Your order is packed and sent from our partner warehouse in China. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days, and you'll get a tracking number by email when it leaves.
Delivery times
Delivery times are counted from dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees:
- Portugal and the rest of the EU: 8–18 working days
- United Kingdom: 7–12 working days
- United States: 5–11 working days
- Canada: 7–15 working days
- Rest of world: 10–20 working days
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders of €60 or more
- Under €60: €4.95 to Portugal and the EU, €5.95 to the UK, US and Canada, €9.95 to the rest of the world
Taxes and import charges
EU: prices include VAT, collected at checkout. Other countries: your country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery. These are set by your country's customs, not by us, and are paid by the recipient.

If your parcel hasn't arrived 30 working days after dispatch, or it arrives damaged, email us at naed1@pm.me and we'll put it right. See our returns page for details.
